1. Who we are

Sahi Advise ("we", "us", "the platform") is a technology platform that connects people who need tax, accounting, secretarial, intellectual-property and legal-adjacent services ("Customers") with independent, verified professionals such as Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, lawyers and consultants ("Professionals"). Sahi Advise is a private entity providing process facilitation. We are not a law firm, CA firm, CS firm or trademark agent, and we do not ourselves provide professional services or representation before any authority.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By using this website, submitting a requirement, registering as a Professional, or purchasing a lead, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

3. For customers

  • Posting a requirement is free. You confirm the details you submit are accurate and that you are authorised to share them.
  • Our team reviews requirements before they are shared with Professionals. We may contact you to verify or clarify your requirement, and may decline to publish any requirement.
  • When a Professional accepts your requirement, your contact details (name, phone, email, city and requirement description) are shared with that Professional so they can contact you.
  • Any engagement, fee arrangement, advice or filing that follows is a direct relationship between you and the Professional. Sahi Advise is not a party to it and does not guarantee outcomes, timelines or government approvals.

4. For professionals

  • Registration requires a verified mobile number and completion of KYC (identity, qualification and practice credentials). We may approve, reject or revoke access at our discretion.
  • Leads are purchased using prepaid wallet tokens. Token pricing, lead pricing and availability are displayed before purchase. A purchased lead's contact details are for your own professional use only and must not be resold or shared.
  • You are solely responsible for the professional services you provide, for your conduct with customers, and for compliance with the rules of your governing body (ICAI, ICSI, Bar Council or otherwise), including restrictions on solicitation and advertising.

5. Payments

Wallet top-ups are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay). We do not store card numbers, CVVs or banking credentials. Token and lead pricing may change prospectively; tokens already purchased are honoured at the terms shown at purchase. Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Acceptable use

You must not submit false requirements, misrepresent your identity or qualifications, scrape the platform, attempt to bypass verification or payment, or use data obtained here for spam or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

7. Content and intellectual property

The platform, its design, text and branding belong to Sahi Advise. Content on this site is general information only and is not professional advice; you should take advice from a qualified professional on your specific facts.

8. Liability

The platform is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sahi Advise is not liable for the acts or omissions of Professionals or Customers, for outcomes of any engagement, for decisions of government authorities, or for indirect or consequential loss. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to Sahi Advise in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination, changes and governing law

We may modify these Terms with notice on this page; continued use is acceptance. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan having exclusive jurisdiction.
